**Buyer Beware**Adam is a dishonest businessman. I paid $4,200 for him to install a brand new garage system. Within one month the door stopped working on 2 occasions. On the first occasion he repaired the issue at no charge then within 6 days the same issue occurred again. The installer admitted that this was an installation issue, yet Adam still demanded $425. I paid the bill to get him out of the way then called Elite Door to come review my setup.Elite discovered that Adam installed old & defective hardware yet charged for brand new parts. Elite repaired the door and I haven’t had an issue with the door since.Adam refuses to take my calls, says he will call back, yet never does. Guilty of shady business.

At first I was a little hesitant to use Overhead garage repair because of the reviews. However they were fantastic. They were the only garage repair in town that answered their phone. The woman who answered the phone was polite and got me an appointment the next day. They came the next day and were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again

wow what HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. scheduled service for a loud banging noise on a fully functioning garage door. Allen arrived and in 15 minutes quieted the noise. told me to wait 30 minutes so that the system could reset charged me $150 on an invoice that has a 25 point safety check that was not completed and left. 30 minutes later the door didn’t work. Contacted Allan contacted company got the runaround!!! Told me they’d have to charge me to come back. why? agreed and have waited four hours no one ever showed up. these people are terrible at customer service do not use them!

A lightning storm fried the board on the motor. They came out and replaced my unit within 4 hours of calling. Super quick and very reasonable!
